Storage

Storage lists your units or vaults, who is in each and what they pay each month. Warehouse map shows which units are free.

• Storage billing makes the monthly bills for everyone at once, with autopay on a saved card if the customer wants it.
• Collections shows who is behind, with reminders, notices and the lien steps.

Materials

Materials & supplies tracks boxes, tape, shrink wrap and pads: what you have at each place (warehouse or truck), what each job used and what to reorder. Purchase orders order more from your supplier. Materials the crew logs on a job go on its invoice.

Tips

• Set a Reorder at level for boxes so you never run out on a busy weekend.
• Count each truck now and then with Count a truck or shelf.
