Data processing

When a moving company stores its customers' information in MoveHelm, the moving company decides how that information is used and MoveHelm processes it on its behalf. This page summarizes the commitments in our data processing agreement.

• We process customer data only to provide the service and on your instructions.
• Everyone at MoveHelm with access to customer data is bound by confidentiality.
• We use encryption, access controls, two-step login for staff and daily backups.
• We tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach affecting your data.
• We help you answer your customers' requests to see, correct or delete their data.
• We use the subprocessors listed in our privacy policy and tell you before adding new ones.
• When you leave, you can export your data, and we delete it within 30 days.
