Book a job and use the calendar

Jobs are booked moves. There are two ways to get one:

• From a quote: the job books itself when the customer signs online, or press Book job on the quote if they said yes by phone.
• By hand: Jobs › New job for walk-ins, repeat customers or labor-only work.

The job page

• The steps bar shows where the move is. Mark it Confirmed with customer after you call or text them.
• Crew and trucks, Stops (with who meets the crew at each one), Inventory, Materials used and the Time clock from the crew app.
• Notes for the crew show on their phones; private office comments never print.
• Job sheet / BOL prints the job sheet and bill of lading. Paperwork sends the interstate paperwork pack to sign.
• Request deposit sends a payment link; Create invoice bills the finished job.
• Cancel or reschedule moves the date or cancels with any fee or refund worked out from your cancellation policy.

Jobs list and calendar

The Jobs list shows unconfirmed moves for the next 7 days and balances due. The Calendar shows moves and surveys by day, with your capacity. Holidays you're closed on can't be booked.
