Program rules
- A referral counts when a new moving company starts its MoveHelm trial within 90 days of clicking your link. If they click more than one partner's link, the last one counts.
- You earn 20% of each subscription payment (plan payments, not one-time packs) for 12 months from their first payment.
- Commissions can be paid 30 days after the payment, so refunds can settle. A refunded payment earns nothing; if it was already paid out, it comes off your next payout.
- We pay once a month when your ready balance is $50 or more.
- You can't refer your own company, and you can't use coupon sites, spam, fake reviews or misleading claims.
- Don't bid on the word MoveHelm (or misspellings of it) in Google, Bing or other search ads.
- We may pause or close a partner account that breaks these rules, and we can change the program with 30 days' notice. Commissions you already earned are kept.
Questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The program is free, and there is nothing to buy.
Do I need to be a MoveHelm customer?
No. Anyone who works with moving companies can join. Customers are welcome too.
How do I know my referrals are tracked?
Your partner dashboard shows clicks on your link, every company that signed up, whether they're on a trial or paying, and every commission with the date you can be paid.
When do I get paid?
Once a month, for commissions older than 30 days, when your balance is $50 or more.
