Partners

Partners are the companies you hand work to or get work from: carriers, vehicle shippers and labor crews. Keep their contact, lanes, rates, USDOT number, insurance date and W-9. Paperwork alerts warn you when insurance has expired or a W-9 is missing. Long-distance legs can be handed to a partner carrier from Trips.

Buildings

Buildings saves what crews need to know about buildings you move in and out of often: dock and parking, elevator booking rules, the certificate of insurance (COI) holder and a contact. Moves at known buildings in the next 14 days are listed, and the notes show on the job. Chase COIs, elevator bookings and permits from a job's Stops tab.
