Inventory: the item catalog and lead inventories

The item catalog

Inventory in the menu (under Operations) is your list of standard items: sofas, beds, boxes and over a thousand more, each with its size, weight, room and a picture. Estimators and crews use it everywhere items are listed.

• Search by name, item code or other name (couch finds sofa).
• Open an item to change its cubic feet, weight, handling (fragile, heavy, crating, disassembly), extra labor or charge, or to add your own photo.
• Tick Common item to show it first when adding to a lead.
• Add missing standard items and sizes brings in any standard items you don't have yet. Import items loads your own list from a CSV file.

A lead's inventory

On a lead, open Inventory. Pick by picture: tap an item to add one to its usual room, tap again for another. Or type a custom item. Mark items Not going instead of removing them.

The volume, weight and truck fill add up by themselves. Save totals to lead saves them; Use totals in estimate updates the lead and the draft quote.

Send to customer emails the customer a link to fill in the list themselves. Lock the list when it's final.
