How long does it take to get started?+
Most movers are taking leads in MoveHelm on the first day. A setup checklist walks you through your company details, rates, trucks and team, and we help you on a call if you want.
Can you move my data from my current software?+
Yes, for free. We move your customers, jobs and history from your current software for free. Your first 2 months are also free, so you don't pay twice while your old contract runs out.
Is there a contract?+
No long-term contract. Pay month to month and cancel any month, or pay yearly and get two months free.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?+
No. The 14-day trial gives you the full Growth plan without a card. Add one only when you decide to stay.
How do my customers pay me?+
You connect your own payment account (Stripe, Square or Authorize.net). Customers pay deposits and invoices by card or bank, and the money goes straight to you. MoveHelm never holds your money.
Does it work on phones?+
Yes. The office side works in any browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and your crews get an app for iPhone and Android.
Who owns my data?+
You do. You can export everything at any time, and we back it up every day.
What happens if I go over my plan's texts or emails?+
Nothing stops working. You can add more in a click, or move up a plan. We warn you before you reach the limit.
Can I use my own domain and brand?+
Yes. Quotes, emails and the customer portal carry your logo and colors, and you can use your own domain as an add-on.
