Draft for review. This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

Moving companies use MoveHelm to send text messages to their customers about their move. These terms apply to those messages and to messages MoveHelm sends to its own users.

What messages you will get

Messages about your move: quotes, booking confirmations, reminders, crew arrival times, invoices, payment receipts and requests for a review. Your moving company may also reply to questions you send them. Message frequency varies with your move.

How you agree to receive them

You agree to receive texts when you give your mobile number to a moving company that uses MoveHelm (on their website form, on a call or in person) and tick or confirm the consent to be texted about your move. Consent is not a condition of buying any service.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that moving company. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@movehelm.com.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and text message consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our privacy policy.
