Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between MoveHelm (operated by [Company name], Israel) ("MoveHelm", "we") and the business that signs up for MoveHelm ("you"). By creating an account or using MoveHelm you agree to them.

1. The service

MoveHelm is software for moving companies, provided over the internet. We may improve and change features over time. If we remove a feature you pay for, we will tell you at least 30 days before.

2. Your account

• You must be a business and at least 18 years old to sign up.
• You are responsible for your users, their logins and what they do in your account.
• Tell us right away at support@movehelm.com if you think your account has been misused.

3. Plans, payment and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in US dollars. Our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, processes your payment and handles sales tax.
• Usage beyond your plan's allowances (for example text messages) is billed as add-ons at the prices shown on our pricing page.
• There is no long-term contract. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price locks we have promised you in writing (such as the 24-month switching price lock) are honored.

4. Your data

You own the data you and your customers put into MoveHelm. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and improve the service for you. You can export your data at any time, and for 30 days after you cancel. After that we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.

5. Payments from your customers

Card and bank payments from your customers go through your own payment provider account (such as Stripe, Square or Authorize.net). MoveHelm does not hold your money. That provider's terms apply to those payments.

6. Text messages and email

You are responsible for having your customers' consent before you text or email them through MoveHelm, and for following the laws that apply, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and carrier rules. See our text message terms.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use MoveHelm to break the law, send spam, attack our systems, or access data that isn't yours.

8. AI features

Skipper and other AI features can make mistakes. Review AI drafts before you send them to customers. You are responsible for the quotes, messages and documents you send.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep MoveHelm available around the clock and back up your data daily. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on our status page.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, MoveHelm is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

11. Changes to these terms

We will tell you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
