Run the dispatch board

Dispatch shows one day at a time: every job, every mover and every truck.

• Pick the day with the arrows or the date picker.
• Drag a mover or truck from Crew and trucks onto a job. On a phone or tablet, tap the person, then tap Put here on the job. Drag them back to take them off.
• People on another job, off that day or on time off are marked, and a truck that failed its check is flagged, so you don't double-book.
• The Timeline shows the day's jobs in order.
• When the plan is ready, press Notify crew to text everyone their jobs.

The board is Live: changes made by others show up by themselves. The crew sees their jobs in the crew app right away.
