Build and send a quote

Open the lead and press Create quote, or go to Quotes › New quote and pick the lead.

1. Price by hourly, flat, cubic feet or weight. Fill in men, trucks, hours and travel; your rates from Settings › Pricing are filled in, including weekend, peak and holiday rates for the move date.
2. Add packing materials, extra charges, storage or long distance (linehaul) as needed. A tariff from Settings › Tariffs can set the price.
3. Set valuation: basic released value or full value protection.
4. In Terms, pick the estimate type, the deposit, any discount, tax and the payment schedule, then Save terms.
5. Offer Good · better · best packages if you like, and mark extras as optional so the customer can choose.
6. Press Send to customer. They get a link by email or text to read, choose and sign.

Only your team sees the margin preview. You can see when the customer opened the quote. Sent quotes are locked: duplicate it as a new version to change prices, and Compare shows what changed. Extend keeps an expiring price open longer.
