Online signing: let customers book themselves

When a customer opens your quote link they see your letterhead, the price, what's included and your policies. They can:

• pick a package and tick optional add-ons (the total updates),
• choose basic or full value protection, if you allowed it,
• see prices on nearby dates, if you switched that on,
• type their full name (and draw a signature if they like) and press Sign and book,
• pay the deposit by card, or Pay over time through your financing link,
• ask a question with Questions? Reply here, or Decline estimate with a reason.

What happens when they sign

• The quote is marked Signed with their name, the time and their device.
• A job is created on your calendar with the date, addresses and crew from the quote, and the lead moves to Booked.
• If you asked for a deposit, they can pay it right away. The payment is recorded on the job by itself.

If they said yes by phone, press Book job on the quote instead.
