Pricing, holidays and tariffs

Quotes take their prices from three settings screens. All of them save by themselves, and sent quotes keep their price.

Settings › Pricing

• Local hourly rates per crew size, each extra mover and truck, minimum hours, and how travel is charged.
• Weekend and peak season multipliers and seasons (from and to dates).
• Long distance rates per cu ft or lb, minimum weight and fuel surcharge.
• Packing materials, Extra charges and Valuation (basic and full value protection).
• Discounts, deposits and quote rules: deposit to book, maximum discount and how many days a quote is good for.

Settings › Holidays & quoting

• Rate calendar: what 3 movers and a truck cost on each day. Blue is weekend or peak, amber is end of month or a holiday, red is closed.
• Holidays and closed days: you're closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas by default, and the list rolls forward every year. Set any day to Closed, Open or a Rate change %.
• End of month surcharge, good / better / best package names, your costs for the margin preview, the website instant price range, and the scope of service and policies on every quote.

Settings › Tariffs

Official price lists you must follow for some moves: hourly, or interstate by weight and miles. A quote can be priced from a tariff instead of the price book.
