Import customers, leads and jobs

Moving from another system? Bring your customers, open leads and past jobs with you.

From a spreadsheet (CSV)

1. Export a CSV file from your old software or spreadsheet. Most systems have an Export or Reports button.
2. Go to Import, under Import a CSV file choose What's in the file: customers, leads (open moves with dates and addresses), or jobs (booked and past moves).
3. Pick the file and import. MoveHelm matches columns like First name, Last name, Phone, Email, Address and Move date.

Up to 5,000 rows and 5 MB per file; run it again for more.

From MovingSys

Under Import from MovingSys, choose your MovingSys database file (.accdb). It stays on your computer while it's read; only the rows you import are sent. Match the columns, check the preview and import.
