Branches and brands

Branches

If you have more than one office or yard, add each one in Settings › Branches with its name, address, phone and email.

• Under Who works where, set each person's branch. Leads and jobs someone adds go to their branch.
• Lead, job and quote lists get a Branch filter, so each office sees its own work.
• Close branch hides a branch you no longer use; Open again brings it back. Removing a branch leaves its leads, jobs and people with no branch.

Brands

If you sell under more than one company name, add each one in Settings › Brands with its own legal name, phone, email, website and logo. Pick which lead sources belong to a brand, and new leads from those sources get that brand's letterhead on quotes and emails. Only owners and managers can change brands.
