Data export and backups

Your data is yours. Settings › Data & backups lets owners and managers download all of it at any time.

Download everything

Under Download all your data, press Download all data (.zip). You get a ZIP file with one CSV file per list: leads, customers, quotes, jobs, invoices, payments, crew and more. CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. The Export log shows who downloaded what.

Backups

MoveHelm is backed up automatically every day, with continuous logs in between, and the last 7 days are kept, encrypted, in a separate data center. Files and photos are stored separately.

If something was lost by mistake, the owner can Ask for a restore: say the moment to go back to and what went wrong.

Status

System status shows whether MoveHelm, lead email intake, email and texting are running normally.
