Company profile, opening hours and team

Settings › Company profile & team is the first page of the Settings menu. Everything on it saves by itself a moment after you change it. You'll see Saving… and then Saved.

Company profile

• Company name, phone, email, website and address. These print on quotes, invoices, signed documents and emails.
• USDOT, MC and license number. Your MC number is needed for interstate moves; the license number is your state mover license.
• Time zone. Job times, reminders and reports follow it.
• Logo. PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 5 MB. It shows in your menu and on everything customers get.
• Brand color. Used on your quote form, emails and customer pages.

Opening hours

Tick the days you're open and set the hours. The copy button next to a day puts its hours on every day. Your hours show on estimates, invoices, emails and your quote form.

Team

Type an email, pick a role and press Add to team. Change a role or remove someone from the same list. Only an owner can add, change or remove owners.

The Settings menu

Every settings screen has the same menu on the left, in groups: Your company, People & access, Sales & pricing, Messages, Money and Tools & data. On a phone, open it with the Settings button at the top.
