Video and on-site surveys

A survey lets you see what's moving before you price it.

Book one

Go to Surveys and press Schedule a survey (or book it from the lead). Pick the type: live video call, on-site visit, or a self-video the customer films. Pick an open time in the estimator grid, or type a date and time. The customer gets the details by email or text, with a page to confirm, move or cancel.

Survey hours

On the Surveys page, owners and managers set the first start, last end, slot length and which estimators take surveys. Your website form only offers open times.

After the survey

Open it, add what you saw to the lead's inventory (from a self-video, Find items with AI suggests items from the customer's videos), mark it done, then build the quote from the lead.
