Follow-ups, tasks and telemarketing
Updated Oct 20, 2026
Most moves are booked on the second, third or fourth contact. These screens make sure every lead gets them.
Inbox
Inbox (top of the menu) lists everything that needs you: new leads, follow-ups due, opened quotes and jobs without a crew. Click a line to deal with it.
Follow-ups
Follow-ups lists the leads you promised to get back to, overdue ones first. Call, then set the next date or stage right in the row. Tick several leads to text or email them all at once.
Tasks & approvals
Tasks holds everything else: call back a customer, book an elevator, order boxes. Give each task a person, a due date and a priority, and tick it when it's done. Under Ask for approval, ask an owner or manager to OK a discount or a refund; their answer shows up here.
Telemarketing
Telemarket builds call lists from old leads and past customers. Work down the list, log each call and pick the result. People marked do-not-call or without a phone are left out.
