Getting reviews after each move

Reviews helps you ask every customer for a review and keeps track of what they said.

Set up

On the Reviews page, fill in Your review links: Google, and Yelp and Facebook if you like. Connect your Google Business Profile to read your Google reviews and reply to them from MoveHelm.

Ask

Completed jobs to ask lists finished moves. Pick text or email and a template, then press Ask, or let an automation send it after every move. Requests at night wait for the morning.

What comes back

The customer picks stars first. Happy customers go to your review page; unhappy ones land in Private feedback here so you can call them that day. Log a rating someone left with Log the rating they left.

Good habits

• Ask every customer the same way. Review sites don't allow asking only the happy ones.
• Never offer money or discounts for a review.
• Draft a reply helps you answer a review calmly, once.
