Automatic follow-ups and templates

Automations send the right text or email at the right moment, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

Rules

Open Automations to see each rule: When it starts (a new lead, a quote sent, a job done, N days before the move...), how long it waits, and Then what it does (send a template, make a task or alert the owner).

• Press New rule, or Edit one, and Turn on / Turn off each with its button.
• Run history shows what went out and what was skipped.

Sequences

Sequences are follow-up series: several texts and emails over a few days that stop by themselves when the customer answers.

Templates

Settings › Email & text templates holds the messages you send again and again. Type merge fields like {first_name} or {move_date} and they fill in for each customer; Preview shows a sample. Templates are used in Conversations, Automations and Reviews.

Quiet hours

Texts only go out outside your quiet hours (9 p.m. to 8 a.m. by default, set in Settings › Phone & texting). A text due at night goes out in the morning.
