Payroll adds up what you owe each person for a weekly pay period (Monday to Sunday).

What's counted

• Crew hours from the time clock on each job, at each person's hourly rate.
• Tips customers added when they paid.
• Sales commissions on booked jobs.
• Bonuses and deductions you add under Tips, bonuses & deductions.

Run a pay period

1. Pick the week with the arrows.
2. Check each person's hours. Fix a wrong clock time on the job.
3. Send the totals to your payroll service or accountant.
