The crew app on your movers' phones

Your foremen and movers use MoveHelm in their phone's browser. Nothing to download.

Set it up

1. In Crew, add each person with their phone, role, pay rate and skills.
2. Invite them in Settings › Company profile & team with the Crew role. They make a login with that email.
3. Back in Crew, link their card to that login under Crew app login.

On move day

They see only their own jobs (in English or Spanish): address, time, notes, inventory and the customer's phone.

• Do a truck check before driving.
• We're on the way texts the customer; Start the job begins the clock.
• Time clock: travel and labor are clocked separately, with the phone's location.
• Photos of damage that was already there, and of anything damaged.
• Change orders for extra work, signed by the customer on the phone.
• Collect payment: cash, check or Charge card (the customer scans a code and pays on their own phone), plus the crew's tip.
• Finish the job: hours worked, the customer's signature, then Complete job.

No signal? What they do is saved on the phone and sent when they're back online.
