Login security and two-step login

Turn on two-step login for yourself

1. Click your initials at the top right and choose Your login & security.
2. Under Two-step login, scan the code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Authy).
3. Type the 6-digit code to finish.

From then on, after your password MoveHelm asks for the code from the app.

Require it for the office

Owners and managers can choose Require it for the office in Settings › Login security. Anyone without it is asked to set it up the next time they open MoveHelm. The page shows who has it on, and recent security changes.

Google and Microsoft sign-in

When it's switched on for your company, the login page shows Continue with Google and Continue with Microsoft. The email must match the one on the person's MoveHelm login.
