Your plan, add-ons and invoices

Billing & plan shows your MoveHelm plan, what you've used this month and your invoices. Only owners and managers can open it.

Change plan

Press Upgrade to or Downgrade to a plan. The change starts right away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the billing period: an upgrade is charged now, a downgrade leaves a credit for your next bill.

Add-on store

• One-time packs (extra texts, emails, AI credits, AI phone minutes) add to this month only.
• Monthly add-ons (office users, crew seats, your own domain, branches) are billed each month until you remove them.

If a payment fails

A red banner shows at the top. Press Update card; we try again over the next two weeks.

Invoices

Every payment shows under Invoices with a link to the invoice or receipt. To leave, press Cancel subscription.
